Located off the main lobby, the Commodore Cafe welcomes you with a warm inviting ambience. The black-and-white tile floor is reminiscent of a European café, while the historic photos on the walls invite guests to explore the building’s past. The low lighting and intimate atmosphere will relax away your outside cares. The crew serves a generous helping of warm hospitality to every guest, along with the Southern Comfort Food and fresh specialties dreamed up weekly by owner Kathy Dumont and the chef. Locally sourced food is used whenever possible – including eggs and vegetables from the owner’s farm! Live music every weekend includes quality professional presentations of country, blues, rock, and even some gospel now and then! With its proximity to Nashville, a.k.a. Music City, the Commodore is lucky to host a number of nationally and internationally known touring musicians. The atmosphere created with music, fantastic food and soft lighting puts you in a magical place. This truly special venue attracts locals within a 40-mile radius regularly, who consider it a special place for its unique atmosphere & food. It has become a popular central meeting location for friends & family located in each direction.
